Ambidextrous Training

Training the right and left hand to have the same strength and coordination for playing tennis. This is the future of training for kids 10 and under and is essential for developing the body physically even.

Tactics and Strategy

Foster’s strategy is playing your patterns and strengths and then finding weaknesses to use at crucial times in the match. Players learn to play offense and only defend, when necessary, always looking to get back to offense during the point.

Tennis Fundamentals

The commonalities of great tennis strokes. Most coaches wind up teaching styles instead of fundamentals, so knowing what is a fundamental and a style is essential in becoming a great striker of the tennis ball.
